The Koloniestrasse 10 in Wedding is an old Berlin a tipical brick
residential building built in 1880. There are apartments, ateliers,
workshops and a dance school .
A new owner of the property plans to demolish the entire courtyard
in order to build micro apartments and a hostel there.
Our proposal aims to find a compromise between new developer
and current tenants: save the unique living and working
space, center of life and a green spot between tall houses but
rise current FAR of 0,58 to 2,01
