High in the mountains, on the western slope, Resort with the concept of eco-design and preserved natural landscape will be a quiet heaven for those who want to rest from noise and rhythm of the city,to be alone with nature and find inner harmony.
This is the first project in Ukraine “Design with Nature” that’s based on environmentally friendly construction, taking into account the peculiarities of the place , without disturbing the landscape of the mountains and smoothly flowing into the existing natural space. The resort with 24 separate houses, restaurant, small conference room, 24-m long swimming pool and comfortable spa at the highest point
( 1050 m above sea level ) will be a place for those who appreciate peace and quiet.
All houses will be made of natural wood with a grass roof, which will provide reliable thermal and waterproofing, stabilize the temperature, and most importantly- will repeat the landscape to preserve the authenticity of the mountain meadow. The flatness of the 24-m long pool , merging with the sky, will open an incredible landscape , giving a feeling of Infinity and unity with the mountain slopes.
For such a place , the service should be special - inconspicuous and scrupulous, at the highest level protecting the coziness and comfort of guests- from couples to participants in business meetings.
