DOT is the smart and chic hotel located in Terranuova Bracciolini (Tuscany, Italy) whose official opening is expected for summer 2020.

It features 22 rooms and a few common areas designed to welcome purely business customers, those used to traveling for work, and living the hotel as a cozy space intended not jus for resting but also for socialization; DOT’s customers usually spend the whole week away from home, and they are in search for easy entertainment and pleasant time.

DOT Hotel offers a refined and welcoming environment in which customers can read e-mails in the morning while sipping a good coffee; while staying at DOT, they can enjoy an optimized, functional gym for a quick workout both before or after their day at work; finally, they can share a few moments with friends well before and after dinner.

For this reason, OVRE has studied a cozy and welcoming, contemporary and informal, young but refined environment whose common areas (from reception, to coffee bar and breakfast room) interact one to the other into an open space that can be used throughout the day. 

The rooms have been designed with the same goal: to provide the user with a smart and chic environment, in which no space is left to chance and in which customers always feel represented.
