A few meters from the Saler beach is founds a apartment built in the 70s that required adaptation to current living needs
For this project we decided to preserve original elements, such as the terrazzo floor or the brick wall with gallery motifs, helping to maintain the original essence of the house.
For the most deteriorated areas of the floor, a patchwork effect was created with remnants of original tile and cement, obtaining a particular combination of materials and chromaticit

A pocos metros de la playa del Saler se encuentra esta vivienda edificada en los años 70 que requería la adaptatación a las necesidades de vida actuales.
Para este proyecto decidimos la posibilidad de conservar elementos de origen, como el suelo de terrazo o el muro de ladrillo con motivos de la galería, ayudándo a mantener la esencia original de la vivienda.
Para las zonas más deterioradas del suelo se creó un efecto patchwork con retales de azulejo original y cemento, obteniendo una particular combinación de materiales y cromatismo.
