The trapezoidal shaped lot, along with the numerous trees that the land had, posed a particular challenge when designing this house.
It was implanted, avoiding removing trees and prioritizing the views towards the lagoon located in the quiet part of the building.
The service and first-class premises are separated by a transversal axis, materialized spatially and functionally by the staircase and its double height.
This separation occurs both on the ground floor and on the upper floor, where the main bedroom facing the quiet part of the building is isolated from the boys' bedrooms that face the front.
The following materials were used in the exterior aesthetic composition: plastered walls finished with a white plastic coating, exposed concrete, stainless steel, openings in sanded anodized aluminum, smoothed cement, wood for fencing and wood paneling.
The interior used porcelain floors in neutral colors, walls in a very light gray tone and white ceiling tiles.
