In this study, the relationship between the type of architecture and the constituent elements of the space with the parameters affecting the child's intellectual, mental and social development is investigated. Therefore, research is divided into two general categories of child psychology and child development, and design principles for children. The second category has been further formulated to the standards of design for children such as school or park design.

The overall goal of the research is to enhance the level of child social interaction by designing a child-centered set that will ensure the child's development in a spatially designed and architectural manner. Part of the purpose of the study is to increase the impact of the surrounding environment on children's growth and creativity. The purpose of the theoretical research is to find the two-way relationship and to determine the nature of the relationship between the architectural and spatial form of a place and its impact on the social development of children's development.

In the applied field, the goal is to design a multifunctional space to achieve the education, culture, and creativity of children under the name "development house" that will lead to the promotion of children's social interaction through new educational approaches. This space is intended to utilize the architectural elements as well as the visual and mental connection of the child with it, to stimulate the child's intellectual development and ultimately provide the basis for future social participation.

Due to the natural location of the project site as well as adjacent to the main streets, it is designed as a back yard to the street. In this way, the visual communication of the interior and exterior of the building and the respect for the urban view are maintained at all angles. The building that overlooks the open area also helps children understand nature, climate and the changing seasons. As the basic form of the house is visually and geometrically very familiar to children, this form has been used in the design. It is advisable that the entrance of the children's spaces not be in direct contact with the street so that access to the interior is designed. The buildings are designed in two and three floors to maximize the safety of the child's home. It is planned to meet the objectives of the Physical Space project in three sections: open, semi-open and closed spaces.
