A room, on one hand containing fixed functional providing areas and a highly flexible merchandising sector on the other.

Guests are guided, crossing a bridge facing glass on both sides. 3 gentle steps leading through an asymmetrical one side mirrored entrance into the loft. A consciously swollen, thick wall element separates the main room from the transit area to other parts of the building. The lounge is placed in exact view axis from the entrance next to the open air terrace on the east side, followed by the large dining table and bar / catering element to the north. Rotating panels in the main axis of the loft keeping the option to temporarily divide the room for some privacy.

The closet next to the entrance is the only merchandising element that cloud not be moved or replaced easily, it was stated as the highest goal to have all the presenting furniture moveable and flowing. Sideboards and racks were designed on the same hight of 160 cm to keep foresight and vision open, which is accented by the 2 sideboards diagonally to the rooms main axis holding transparent gray glass on the rear side.

We deliberately oversized the length of elements in the design, to qualify the scale of the large room, which promotes their simple but strong presence while approaching them slowly.
