Manhattan, the island full of skyscrapers that we know today, was filled with forests in 1609. In New York City’s forest of tall buildings, having a view is an inestimable commodity, to be treasured and, when necessary, fought over.
We were so thrilled when we were asked to do the rendering project that located in the heart of New York City. It was a full package of penthouse area in one of those tall buildings.
The challenge was more in having the right Manhattan views from a non constructed-building, and to ensure we did spot the right height and angle on each rendering view.
This design was paying close attention to every detail, that are distinctive, contemporary and full of statement.
An incredible design and furnishings, tons of space all makes this a true luxury commercial project.
