Private residence, Tirana | GTACC Architecture Construction

Single-family residence, is an architectural project designed by GTACC studio as the investor requested for an individual private residence.
Situated in the village of Vishaj, Baldushk away from the dynamic city of Tirana, this building is articulated in harmony with the surrounding environment.
 

Developing into a single plant, the classic volume of the building aims to create a sequence of interior and exterior spaces. 

Through the entrance there is a passage to the living and cooking area. Dormitory areas are integrated into the villa, so as not to communicate with living areas as an investor's choice. The building develops living area, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3bathrooms, gym area, friend’s apartment and a game/lounge area. All the spaces have access to the outdoor garden and the pool.

The natural and controllable lighting of these spaces is guaranteed by glazing over the garden. The artificial lighting is made by ceilings, in order to allow the ideal conditions for each type of use during the day/night.
