The house is located on the border with an alder forest. The residential building is designed for one older family. Relatives gather there for weekends and holidays. The house consists of public spaces: large kitchen, dining room, living room, terrace; a residential block with bedrooms, dressing rooms and bathrooms and a utility block with pantries, technical rooms and a garage for three cars.
The construction of the building is frame made of cast concrete. The walls are made of ceramic bricks.
