The building is situated in the pine forest, 150 meter from the Baltic Sea, in city of Pobierowo, Poland.
The building facade is 70% clinker brick, three-layer. Roof covering - ceramic carp tile. Gas and floor heating. Built in 2009.
Building for two families and with four apartments on the first floor for short-term rental. The building has a small indoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness room. There is also a garage for two cars.
