It is a trend in major cities in the world that "offices follow employees" and Buenos Aires is not the exception. At least that show the office buildings that are built in the Panamericana Highway and surroundings, a space of 40 km in length running from General Paz Avenue to the city of Pilar, in the north side of the city.

In Vicente López, ten blocks from General Paz avenue, was built Panmericana 1050, a AAA office building of 8600 square meters. With frontage on the highway, the building is located in a privileged place as it is the first one to be seen from the northern access. It is very well communicated by 18 different bus lines, train and also counts on services as banks, shops and the DOT Baires shopping.

The project is a free perimeter tower of 9 floors where the type floor has 667 square meters and can be divided into separate units of 322, 192 or 130 square meters. A solution of divisible floor that retains AAA quality in all sizes of offices was found. For the external image of the building a synthetic and forceful form together with a skin made entirely of glass were proposed, with the aim of obtaining greater interior spaciousness and an external view which transmits corporate image.

The building has a 35 meters front basement that is moved back 6 meters from the municipal line. The entrance courtyard is integrated with the sidewalk and creates the double height building hall. It has been decided not to include bars on municipal line to create a spatious and dynamic access, also making a contribution to the public space and pedestrians.

The skin of the building is a frame of anodized aluminum and double glass sealed, full vision (floor to ceiling). The outer face of the double glass is a high performance softcoat glass (Sunguard Royal Blue 40 on clear) that reflects infrared and ultraviolet solar radiation and, at the same time, lets in visible light, reducing electricity consumption in lighting and air conditioning. There are also 105 parking spaces spread over two subsoils, two-way vehicular ramps , two elevators of high speed (105 m/min) and high capacity (1175 kg each) brand Schindler, IP control cameras, access control with magnetic cards and emergency power for common areas and offices. The offices are finished with elevated technical floor, suspended ceiling, hot/cold air conditioning with VRV system, full sanitary areas and automatic fire detection and fire suppression sprinklers.

In the 6th and 7th floors, the building offers exceptional possibilities because they have double height from the output of the lifts to the front facade. This is an area of 12 meters long and 8 meters wide, which culminates in a large glass surface of 6 meters high overlooking the Panamericana highway. We sought to create a large and high qualified place with a differential spatial situation that could symbolize the importance of the company.
