The building is presented as a large sports container, as a milestone for the neighborhood (referential building) and a meeting point, where sporting use also gives place to other types of socialization and exchange between neighbors.

Bearing in mind that the city where it is located has predominantly an architecture of classical or traditional character, it also seeks to show another type of architecture, more contemporary, of an international nature.

In this way, the project will handle some aspects in an ambiguous and complementary way: international language / local materials, complex morphology / simple and systematic construction, external fractionation / internal spatial unit.
