Client Brief:

World Of Sunac Sales Center is a renovation project. Taking castle in the sky as the design concept and by the combination of the theme World Of Sunac, the design team divided the overall space into three parts: reception area, model display area and negotiation area. The project provides a fantastic spatial experience where people can pass through clouds, enter the time tunnel and eventually arrive at the castle in the sky.

Design Description:

The pendant lighting fixtures, featuring golden frames, are hang over the axis of the lobby,  forming concentric rings which together produce a tunnel. Perfectly taking advantage of the floor height, those decorative lamps connect the sky-like ceiling with the floor and create a sense of boundless space. As looking up, people would be amazed at the grandeur of the space. Light pours down, illuminating the entire space under the sky.

The column structures of the enclosure are preserved from the original space. Perforated metal panels enclosing the space form a smooth arc-shaped corridor, making people feel like they are in an art gallery. Light penetrates the holes of the metal plates layer by layer, presenting flickering visual effect and also highlighting the solidness of the architectural structure.

The large and transparent house-shaped structures perfectly weaken the sense of emptiness caused by the high ceiling, and separate a wide negotiation area without breaking the integrity of the space. In this way, the negotiation area is relatively independent and at the same time integrates into the space.

The transparent exterior of the house-shaped structures avoids blocking the view towards outdoor landscape, and renders the entire space transparent. Combined with the lighting effect, the interior space is filled with brightness and openness, coexisting with the outdoor space harmoniously.

The huge French windows allow the sun to shine into the space. The sunlight interweaves with the golden linear light, generating overlapping effect and casting varying shadows downwards. The tall and green plants make nature within reach, which also integrate well with the outside landscape and enable people to talk freely under the tree shade.

The bar is situated at the center of the whole negotiation area, tall and bright. Considering that the overall space is dominated by aureate color, the designer gave it a cool tone to coordinate visual effects.

Decorative dots are scattered in various densities to create hazy effects. Under the shining of light, the dots generate thousands of halos, which are constantly changing and subtle in details.

The book bar provides a tranquil place to savor a cup of coffee and appreciate the spatial design. The intermingled smell of ink and coffee, and the artistic temperament that blends with the ambience of the whole sales center, make it a refreshing spiritual space.
