Shenzhen One Excellence Office & Showroom is located in the Guiwan area of Qianhai, Shenzhen, Which consists of supporting commercial buildings integrating office,apartment and shopping mall . With a total area of 470,000 m², the project was planned as a new generation of CBD in Shenzhen. Along with the change of times, it become the new economic center in Shenzhen. From the global innovative and inclusive perspective, it has witnessed the great changes of the social form of the city.

The design team devoted themselves in the future development trends. Integrating innovative and open spirit of Shenzhen and combines the traditional and future office with the concept of modular design, they create a scenic, interactive and open office space.

Designers reshape the traditional work routine. The open area is focus on team discussion, enclosed spaces to create encounters and collaboration, cubicle space is to concentrate and promote deep thinking. This modular design accurately keep the balance of efficiency with psychological senses.
