Production of a two-storey curved staircase designed in partnership with the client and Arte 2000, a craft workshop specializing in the artistic working of marble.

Working only on technical drawings, single decorative wrought iron panels were designed, and then subsequently fixed to the self-supporting marble steps.

The style of the balustrade is contemporary, characterized by a recurrent element featuring a stylized leaf, while the ironwork has classic styling.

 THE DETAILS

The design of balustrades for the curved stairs is complex but fascinating.

The geometry of the decorations must be adapted to the shape of the staircase in order to guarantee aesthetic harmony to the whole structure.
