About Chahar borj

The construction of the Chahar borj garden dates back to the late Qajar period. This garden and the building inside it was made for the master of the village. After his death, the garden was used for many years too. But after that, it was abandoned, and until now it was left without the owner and was going to ruin. Fortunately, in recent years, attention has been drawn by a architect (Eng. Zahedi Moghaddam) and is currently being restored and Revitalized.

Chahar borj is located in the part of Mashhad, which is far from the city center and its traffic jams and annoying sounds, and also has many gardens around it. For this reason, this area of the city attracts people to celebrate their weddings there. There are some gardens for weddings ceremony in this area right now.

Our design

Given the potentials mentione, the proposed function is a multi-functional, so it can complement the services of the gardens (of the wedding ceremony) around it, and facilitates the wedding process.

The garden and part of the building are the location of photos of the bride and groom, so that they can record the pictures of this memorable day before entering the wedding ceremony. The main function of the photographic studio is (for the snowy days in winter, there is also a green salon photography in the garden).

At a wedding, you need to play the song and the dancers. By combining this culture with traditional culture, the other function is teaching Khorasan’s traditional music and dance to native people and sending them to perform at the ceremony. It raises the quality of the wedding ceremony and also promotes Khorasan’s traditional music and dance. The other function is flowering and selling them to wedding gardens to use them in decoration.
