After the prelimenary design by Patrick Harnisch Architekten, the working drawings and detailed planning as well as the structural design followed in order to convert a former printing company building from the turn of the century into high-quality loft apartments. The building was gutted and floors were added Light-filled, completely open living spaces with generously proportioned roof terraces were created.
