Two buildings of the complex located at an angle and form the front of the street, hiding behind them the inner space featuring pedestrian courtyard and a children’s slide. Recognizable shape of this complex is formed by different-story sections with consoles in the most active corners. A polygonal surface of all-glass bay windows creates the unique image of the complex, dynamically changing reflections of the surrounding space and sun rays.

Comfortable living is created by not just unique and thought-out layouts but also the environment featuring modern conveniences: multifunctional pedestrian courtyard, sports and recreation areas, a restaurant, café and spacious kindergarten.

Accommodating a residential complex, two-level parking and kindergarten on a small site, while separating motor traffic and pedestrian space and creating a large, comfortable courtyard
Hardships:
A confined area surrounded by illegally-erected garages, which should be kept at a distance
Solutions:
The inner courtyard is accessible from the second, and in some places from the third floor
Multi-story consoles create an expressive and unusual silhouette
The glazing shaped as triangular bay windows creates kinetic effect thanks to the play of refractions and reflections
An interesting ramp solution provides access to the second-level inner courtyard from the third floor via a spiral-shaped ramp
Sports and children’s grounds are separated by terrace levels and green space
Exhaust ventilation of the underground parking reaches the roof of top floors, bypassing the inner courtyard
Penthouses with double-height living room space and “inclined ceilings” are located on upper floors under hip roofs, overlooking one façade as a two-story and the opposite façade as a single-story apartment
The two-level parking is accessible from apartment buildings by noiseless elevators
