Pargas is a small coastal town in southern Finland, which is located in an open pit and has a history dating back to the 14th century. In the autumn of 2016 we were asked to produce a proposal that according to the wishes of the client would "develop the area adjacent to the guest harbor in the southern center to an attractive living room for the townspeople and a high-class guest boat harbor with associated service". The proposal strives to add new as well as strengthen existing qualities, and include park areas, harbor squares with quay walks, hotels, lake houses and a sea bathing facility with a floating spa.
