One Offices renovation

Manuel García Asociados interior design studio has developed this work for the public offices of Grupo Empesarial One.

Dedicated to the management of architecture and interior design projects, housing and construction promotions, Grupo One had a clear objective for remodeling their main offices: it had to function as their first letter of presentation to clients, showing their know-how with different constructive solutions.

This objective can be glimpsed even at the exterior. An area covered with Iseo collection by Inalco on the floor welcomes clients with volumes and planters created with the same design. Also, the entrance door is made with Storm collection in Black color, giving an account of the decorative possibilities of large-format porcelain tiles with slim thickness.

Once inside, the waiting area and customer service space are separated from the management area by a glass cube. In turn, these parts can also be separated by an elegant sliding door.

Grupo One´s offices have been designed "searching for excellence, with constructive rigor, love for a job well done and a exquisite taste for detail", as stated by Manuel García Asociados; something that is clearly conveyed by the excellent combination of materials. Porcelain tiles, wood, steel, glass and metal coexist to create a diaphanous and elegant space.

Attention to details is also reflected in aspects such as the furniture in the customer service desk, as they have been created with Touché porcelain tiles or textured wooden slats, which avoid acoustic reverberation. Even the pencil-cases are custom-made with Touché porcelain tiles, getting a more integrated interior design project.

Today we share with you this fantastic project, clear example of architect Charles Eames´ famous quote: the details are not the details, they make the design.
