Plan and design competition ASAS designated as 1 of 2 winners. The new care center must be based on the existing building character. The complex program is sought to be broken down to a building structure where the scale follows the city's established scale. The large, new plant provides a good structural connection between the established health center and the university area with Follumsvei as the main axis.
The project consists of 108 + 54 nursing homes and 60 single-person care homes, day center and health center for the elderly, indoor squares and meeting place, rehabilitation department (physio- and occupational therapy), doctor's office for nursing home doctor, medical center, wellness department including hairdresser, therapist, aromatherapy, etc.
