Like the majority of flats in Valencia, this house had a lot of corridor and partition walls of poor quality. We decided to start removing ceilings, floors and partitions. It is recommended for these centennial floors because in the end you always have to reinforce the floor and control the structure.


To have a maximum height in the living area, we leave the slab seen. Only main room and bathrooms have false ceiling for the passage of the facilities.


The original doors of the house have been restored, which later influenced the choice of the finishes for the rest of the carpentry. On the other hand, we eliminate the plaster covering of the façade wall and the pillars to leave the solid brick seen.


The window frames are one sheet, without divisions; this allows to have more glazed surface and the entrance of more light ...


One of our favorite works thanks to the great complicity we have had with the owners.
