Cristobal & Cayetana | osb arquitectos

It is a reform that has matured a lot throughout its process. Cristabal and Cayetana were not in a hurry to enter and trusted fully in OSB, which has allowed us to take care of details.
The house is located in a modern building of the 70s. Its surface is 115m2, it has 3 bedrooms, a dressing room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and living room.

They chose a laminated parquet very successful, it is nice and warm (and also little dirty according to Cayetana). On the basis of this parquet, the carpenter varnishes in decapé the oak wood that we find in all the house (paneled kitchen, shelves, handle closet, ...).

The baseboards, doors and cabinets are made by the same lacquer that unifies the whole.
The mechanisms are the Jung LS990 in white, the luminaires of Kadux and Jiso are also white and square. All the air conditioning grilles are 6cm high. The only thing that has been used is the radiators. They have been restored and painted gray.

We are very satisfied with the results and above all very grateful to all the industrialists who have intervened because they have done a high quality work.
