Joylati gelato bar is a celebration of authentic Italian gelato in a fun and vibrant Melbourne setting.

As you enter off Chapel Street the senses are awoken with a mint chocolate interior palette, specifying colours that would truly replicate the colours of the gelato on offer, and enhance the real chocolate waterfall cascading from behind the counter. A back drop of coloured artistic splatters invites the customer further in, setting the scene for all other elements from the ceiling to the furniture to be enhanced with their cacao dipped appearance.
