Clear restrained rectangular shapes create an architectural image of the building, which corresponds to the existing renovated facilities of «Technopark». Recessed terraces are arranged at different levels of the
facade, which makes the house dynamic and recognizable. In addition, the recessed terraces add expressiveness due to the complementary measurement-depth, thus increasing the plane of visible facades. This is important given the small width of the street, since the building is perceived by the human eye only at an angle. Lighting of the part of premises is provided through the window sills, which minimizes heat loss and the cost of construction. The ground floor (windows) and the most impressive places of the facade (terraces) feature stained-glass artwork.
