In this housing project located in city of Ordu, we had no chance to interfere with the dimensions of the floor area due to the limited size of the land and the zoning status. We did our best to use the land as effective as possible. At the façade of this single house project, we wished to design a warm and refreshing look by blending natural materials with the minimalist approach. We designed the size of the windows both suitable for every season and efficient to get maximum day light while presenting the living environment within the garden. Despite its limited size, this project provides its residents with many facilities such as private parking, storage areas, 3 balconies and a specious garden.
