We were asked to design a villa located on the Sayaca village at an altitude of 1500 m, to be mainly used in the summer season. Rather than constructing a multi-story building, we wanted to meet all the needs in a single floor house although we do not have any land limitations. As the area is very high humid due to climate conditions, we designed the project 1m above the ground level. The house is located among pine and hazelnut trees so we chose natural wood and stones as our main design materials. With its all integral elements, we wanted to create a peaceful living area within the nature.
