Villa E with a signature of interior designing company BJ CONCEPT is located in Istria, in a small village in the vicinity of Umag, one of the coastal cities on Istrian peninsula. It was built in 2018 by a local builder, under a supervision of BJ CONCEPT, the company that architecturally created the house and designd the interior and exterior of the property. The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, among them a master bedroom with en-suit bathroom. The exterior is eclectic. Infront of the house there is a large private swimming pool, overlooking the landscape of Istria and Italian mountains. Large terasse, lounge area and grill area contributes to the exciting outdoor living. The interior design of Villa E is the result of creating something new and different. Salvaged furniture and selective decorative items mostly bought at different European flea markets are all creating harmonised, inviting and unique living space.
