The client intended a contemporay kitchen where shape and materiality could bring more natural light into space. It was proposed do demolish the pre-existing pantry in a way that more room was achived and allowing an easy setting-out for the new equipments. The kitchen area is connected with the dining area despite being used independently. The finishes on the walls and ceiling were kept and a new polished concrete floor was introduced. The kitchen furniture with sober and matte colours bring more light into the space. Various parts in timber relate to preexisting doors and the dining area new furniture, balancing with the Calacatta in the backwash.
