Over a period of 5 years, a 360 degree production in Italy to deliver this unique 5 stars hotel. The project included 169 luxury condominiums and 200 rooms plus 2 imperial suites of 600 sqm each, 2 restaurants, the stunning main lobby, a modern super luxury spa and all common areas.
In this project Fantini Mosaici supplied and installed 70,000 sqm marble cut to size, mosaics, patterned terrazzo flooring, and external pebblestone.
An iconic piece of this hotel is the lobby, with its mosaic carpet inspired by Gianni Versace scarf design – which can also be seen in Casa Casuarina South Beach – with a surface of 300 sqm, with 1.5 million hand cut pieces. An inspiration from the Haute Couture Mansion.
