DESCRIPTION:The landscape theme and its enhancement is an important planning tool for an urban mending operation like the one the Competition Announcement would like. These resolutions have guided both the volumetric conformation of the spaces and the choice of materials. The task of the project is to understand how the people who frequent it live in a broad urban vision, such as the one proposed by the Blueprint, which aims to establish a profound link between the city and the sea that is not very present in the areas under examination.
