The building was created as a concise structure away from the existing buildings, which emphasises the autonomy of the complex. The building is surrounded by an extensive park.
[DE] - Die Architekten von Schwarzenbacher Struber haben in Itzling den Neubau eines Seniorenwohnhauses mit 5 Hausgemeinschaften und 60 Betten geplant. Das Gebäude wird als prägnanter Baukörper abseits vom Bestand errichtet, dadurch wird die Eigenständigkeit der Anlage betont. Ein weitläufiger Park umrahmt das Wohnhaus.
