Pearson Packaging | Josh Hissong

The goal of this project was to create a fun, creative and open workspace for Pearson Packaging. Opening the floor plan with adjustable desks, broken up with breakout and meeting spaces promotes teamwork and a flexible work environment for the employees. The custom desks and furniture allowed the designers to give the clients that open floor plan they wanted while also incorporating the brand colors and elements into the space. Thanks to new desk systems and a floor plan that lends itself toward collaboration, Pearson Packaging has seen an increase in productivity and motivation amongst it’s employees.

Design elements included carpet flooring for way finding and delineation of the spaces, wood to bring in a warm feeling into the office space and turf flooring to connect the indoor spaces to the exterior.
