House of the future
The project involves the construction of a single-family dwelling through a demolition of the volumes of the ground-raised floor, with maintenance and recovery of the volumes of the basement and expansion of the existing volume in order to meet the housing needs of the new owners of the building.

La casa del futuro
Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di un’abitazione unifamiliare mediante un intervento di demolizione dei volumi del piano terra-rialzato, con mantenimento e recupero dei volumi del piano seminterrato ed ampliamento del volume esistente al fine di soddisfare le esigenze abitative dei nuovi proprietari dell’immobile.
