The Deli was introduced in order to accommodate the modern world’s busy lifestyle. We all want healthy, tasty and nutritious food, but most of us do not have the time or the ability to cook a healthy and delicious meal ourselves. Spending most of the day at work, most of us would rather take a minute to go out and grab a ready made meal,  hoping that it will be relatively healthy and nutritious, and then return to our busy and demanding routines.

Precisely because of this reason, two very experienced chefs decided to take up the challenge and open a boutique delicatessen offering quality food, prepared on the spot every day consisting of high quality materials and advanced technologies.

More than half of the space is designated for the large kitchen and fully equipped workstations that allow chefs to work comfortably and supervise the staff. The rest of the space is the deli itself. As a proper high-end boutique delicatessen, every detail and material used for the space was carefully selected just like the high quality, fresh ingredients.

At first glance ,it seems that the place was taken out of a charming classic European city. The herringbone floor is made of Gosheni oak and the walls are painted in a smoky blue. The kitchen wall is covered with copper profiles and a tin-surface which is integrated into mesh glass. The place has an industrial style with the nostalgic feeling of warmth. All display shelves are specially planned and designed according to the products sold in the space. Among the pastas, sauces and pickles you can find rare raw materials and products developed especially by the two chefs and sold exclusively at the deli.

On the right wall you can see a clear refrigerator displaying ready-made dishes in a light, up-to-date graphic. On the left wall is a long self-service table used for cutting fresh bread, slicing hard cheese and is offering small tasters on weekends. This surface, like the two main tables in space, is made of an iron structure clad in a Carrara marble surface and can be moved by silicon wheels found at the bottom of the table. Since the place is sometimes used as a shop and sometimes as a restaurant, it is important to create a functional and moveable seating area that can quickly be changed.

All the lighting fixtures were specially designed and inspired by the dishes served in the space. Above the main counter, you'll find hanging lamps made of round brass. The walls are decorated with lamps that hang from two thin brass rods.

The main attraction in the space is the front sales counter which includes two large refrigerators containing various serving plates in different colors. Each serving is selected to match the food served and together they provide color and material wealth to the entire space.
