In Silkeborg, Denmark you can find this glass-dominated House on a property with direct lake access. The new owners redesigned the brick building from the 50s in 2013. During this process the building was also painted black, which produces a more reserved effect than the original red. In the rooms the pur natur board floor forms a harmonious unity. The Douglas floorboards from the 300series inspirit the rooms and emanate a special naturalness in combination with the white and black interior furnishing. This impression continues outside of the house - with a »Alpin« wooden terrace raised to the hight of the ground floor.
