Un progetto interessante: ridare vita ai vecchi locali di Irsvem, impianto con annessa miticoltura risalente agli anni '80. Una location importante: oltre 300metri qudri che guardano al porticciolo di Baia. Ecco allora che pensiamo ad un design vagamente retrò, assicurato da rivestimenti che ricordano il legno tinto delle case dei pescatori, rende l’esperienza d’acquisto un viaggio sensoriale. Il cliente, varcata la soglia d’ingresso, ha l’impatto con la totalità dell’offerta, ben comunicata da un preciso sistema iconico. Si inizia con le ostriche passando all’acquario dei frutti di mare a seguire il bins delle cozze. Al pesce viene assegnata la posizione centrale(5 metri è l’esposizione ad esso deicata) a seguire la postazione per stocafisso e baccalà ed in chiusural’aquario destinato ai crostacei.  Caratteristica peculiare del concept è il posizionamento geografico. La struttura è disposta su una banchina che guarda al mare (da lì il naming), che funge anche da punto di sbarco da cui giunge parte della materia prima conferita dai pescatori locali.

An interesting project: revitalize the old premises of Irsvem, a plant with annexed mythology dating back to the 80s. An important location: over 300 square meters overlooking the small port of Baia. So we think that a vaguely retro design, ensured by coatings that resemble the dyed wood of fishermen's houses, makes the shopping experience a sensory journey. The customer, crossed the threshold of entry, has the impact with the totality of the offer, well communicated by a precise iconic system. It starts with the oysters passing the seafood aquarium to follow the bins of mussels. The fish is assigned the central position (5 meters is the exposure to it deified) to follow the stocafisso and baccalà post and in chiusural'quarium for crustaceans. A peculiar feature of the concept is geographical positioning. The structure is located on a quay overlooking the sea (from there the naming), which also serves as a landing point from which part of the raw material given by local fishermen arrives.
