The design involves an apartment located on the ground floor of a building facing the beautiful promenade of Sea Point which, with its views and sunsets, remains one of the city's landmarks. The proposal focuses on the arrangement of the interior spaces and on the relationships and hierarchies between them, with the aim of optimizing the usability and liveability of a home environment previously anchored to an inactive design.
The design, therefore, through the search for materials, finishes, lights and custom-made furniture, comes to characterize every space, even the most hidden in order to give a new identity to its life
