Brest Métropole Habitat - Fontaine Margot | A3 Argouarch Architectes Associés

The project fits perfectly with the expectations of the ZAC. An alignment of 3 individual houses structures the new street, creating a foreground, and prints the scale of the residence in relation to the R + 3 which is relocated at the bottom of parcel. This house device on the street front allows to hide the parking in ground floor. A set of sloped roofs and terraces shape the silhouette and typify the residence, characterized by a small vertical wave metal siding and the orange color of the polycarbonate that dresses the loggias. The volumetric richness, its fragmentation, reduces the impact and contributes greatly to the integration to the site. This building is also accentuated by the play of small colored greenhouses, one by lodging, as well in collective as in individual. These greenhouses are the separations of balconies or gardens while providing each dwelling with additional space.
