L’Hotel Mec Paestum offre ai suoi clienti un luogo incantevole a stretto contatto con la natura circostante, sito a pochi metri dal mare e circondato da una folta vegetazione… un luogo dalle mille prospettive!

Il progetto di riqualificazione a cura dell'arch. Domenico Maria Manzione, titolare di Ghelostudio Architettura, ha preso forma attraverso scelte funzionali ed estetiche che hanno mirato all'osmosi tra il “costruito” e “l'ambiente”. Per tale motivo, nella scelta dei materiali, entra in scena l'uso determinate del legno composito realizzato dall’omonima azienda produttrice plasticWOOD (VR)

La superficie complessiva dell’intervento si sviluppa su circa mq 1.000, di cui una parte consistente realizzata con i profili by plasticWOOD. Circa mq 400 destinati alla realizzazione  di salotti esterni, terrazzi esclusivi, percorsi, quinte scenografiche e coperture a sbalzo….  

I prodotti utilizzati sono versatili, resistenti e semplici nella posa. Il loro valore aggiunto consiste nella capacità di restituire la naturalezza del legno con una formula tecnologicamente avanzata.

Per le pavimentazioni è stato utilizzato il profilo plusDECK 140x25, finitura decking centorighe by plasticWOOD, scelta che garantisce resistenza e durabilità. I rivestimenti  sono realizzati con un profilo più leggero, il plusWALL 120x10, finitura deking millerighe.

L’eleganza e la semplicità di questi prodotti hanno consentito l'integrazione perfetta del progetto nel contesto esistente. Già nel 2013, il profilo plusDECK 200X21  era stato utilizzato per la realizzazione della pavimentazione a bordo piscina.

Hotel Mec Paestum offers to its customers an awesome place in contact with surrounding nature. It is located a few meters from the sea with thick vegetation… one thousand perspective place!

The requalification project thanks to Domenico Maria Manzione arch, of Ghelostudio, was made by functional and aesthetic chooses that produced the osmosi process between “built” and environment. For this reason the main “actor” in phase of choice was the composite wood produced by plasticWOOD company

The complex surface of project is mq 1000… about 400 mq were used to realize dehor, boardwalk, wall cladding, elegant terraces..

The profiles used are versatile with a greater resistance and easy fixing system. Their value is to give the aesthetic feature of natural wood being hi-tech product.

About decking realization was used plusDECK profile 140x25, decking finishes by plasticWOOD, choice that guarantees resistance and durability. Wall cladding were realized with plusWALL profile 120x10, decking millerighe finishes.

Elegance and naturalness of these products allowed to fit in with the existed context. In 2013 plusDECK 200x21 profile were used to realized swimming decking.
