Happy people@work is the greatest reward we can get!  We had the pleasure to create the new office concept for “The European Banking Federation” based in the centre of Brussels.
EBF’s new office concept received the title “Let’s get the garden inside” and got it’s very first inspirations from the views to the outside tarrasses and gardens we discovered during our first visit.
The main idea was to open-up space & views; to create more dynamics; to have the Brand’s values expressed through the interior design; to meet EBF’s “New Way of Working”  as well as the planning challenges…
The people of EBF left their grey offices on christmas evening and people came back into a completely renovated space on the 6th of January. It was a big challenge to get this done. Thanks to the great collaboration with Forma and the project manager at EBF the project was ready to receive EBF’s people right on time.
The reactions were even better than we hoped… every person @ EBF is completely satisfied & happy with their new working environment.
