The Hofquartier develops as an independent figure of the twisted cuboid through the different orientation of the flanking streets.
It is essentially characterized by two residential house typologies. Southwest of the street are eight 3-storey city villas as twisted cuboids.
The northeastern part of the planning area is built on with courtyard houses, which are oriented towards the existing block edge development with saddle roof and continue these.
The central quarter square is created by dividing the property with the traffic-calmed access road. The orientation of the street, as well as the different building axes, take up the existing building structures and thus create a unity of the entire residential area.
With its high-quality apartments with private green spaces and roof terraces, the quarter is an attractive quarter for young and old. The different types of apartments will create a lively mix for a broad target group.
