The general arrangement of the residence is composed of three blocks in the shape of a comb that responds very well to the desired sunlight of the rooms of the students "east-west". Linear blocks in the form of a comb have traditionally been a good response of modern architecture in spaces of expansion with free building, and here again it is an example of how it remains a valid formula.

This arrangement in comb allows to organize the new front (finished in exposed concrete) to the street of new execution in dialogue with the industrial zone. The three blocks are turned in the head and acquire one more plant. In this way, we have a higher constructed front in the southern area of the plot and overlooking the Guadalquivir. This morphology with pieces in L, solves the interior landscaped spaces, sheltering them and intimating them of the anodyne outer space.
