This project is a mixed-use in function and is located at one of the nodal points of Addis Ababa, Ayat roundabout, where the light rail transil starts in the east of the city. The front side faces a very harsh west and southwest afternoon sun which necessitated to create a shading system using the balconies as a second skin.
