It is strategically positioned near the island's main general hospital, the Oncology Centre and the University of Malta. There are. 8,000m2 of laboratories, offices, seminar rooms, meeting rooms and a number of shared facilities. MLSP is the national focal point to promote research and development, life sciences.
In particular the ventilated facade are build up in aluminum Composite Panels (Flat facade in Blue color), and in Kalzip 65/500 aluminum sheets, 1,00mm, AluPlusPatina Mill Finish (standing seam facade in Silver Color).
