The "OPOLLO" project represents a new way of proposing to the sale "All the good of the chicken". It is a place characterized by warm, emotional environments that develop a purchase path based on the purpose of use, going in clear contrast to the banal and now obsolete traditional display of goods in large distribution.
 
The goal of the project is to host a high quality raw material in an innovative store, giving a new shopping experience: not a poultry, not a supermarket, not a specialized shop, but simply OPOLLO!
 
A simple but carefully selected raw material, revisited and transformed in all its forms (anatomical cuts, ready-to-cook preparations, mixes and fillings) thanks to a parent company behind it, thanks to an enviable know-how on raw materials and on the capacity for transformation, creating an explosive commercial proposal thanks to the union between creativity and the Neapolitan tradition.
