In one of the most intoxicating enclaves, the great Palazzo of the Marquis in Corso Vannucci, was the center of commercial life as 'post office', becoming the lodging for writers and merchants as it was the only hotel in Perugia. 

In 2017, the Locanda Della Posta Hotel was remodeled so that it would retain both its architecture and the wall paintings, the essence of the original marbles and woods, with the comforts of current materials and services.

In the various rooms, each conveys elegance and versatility with various combinations. In the standard rooms, PORCELANOSA’s Extreme White flooring and wall coverings are used in the sleeping area, and URBATEK’s STUC flooring in the bathroom; the Medium rooms have Venis’ Ferroker Platino floors and URBATEK’s STUC in the shower area.

El corazón de la ciudad amurallada de Perugia encierra en sus calles la historia de varias civilizaciones que impregnaron su marca en la arquitectura y el paisaje.

En 2017, el Hotel Locanda Della Posta  fue restaurado de forma que conservara tanto su arquitectura como las pinturas murales, la esencia de los mármoles y las maderas de origen, con las comodidades de los materiales y servicios actuales.

Así, en las zonas de transito se ha confiado en el porcelánico pulido de URBATEK – PORCELANOSA Grupo que recoge la elegancia de los mármoles con la funcionalidad de los materiales cerámicos. En las diferentes habitaciones, cada estancia transmite elegancia y versatilidad con distintas combinaciones. En las habitaciones estándar se incluyen pavimentos y revestimientos Extreme White de PORCELANOSA en la zona de descanso y el pavimento STUC de URBATEK en el baño, y las habitaciones Medium, se organizan  con el pavimento Ferroker Platino de Venis y STUC de URBATEK en el espacio de ducha.
