In a prominent location on the corner of Flösserbrücke and Oskar-von-Miller-Strasse, on the banks of the river Main, 28 freehold flats and 70 serviced apartments are being built on the site of a well known former brothel called Sudfass. “Oskar Residence” is divided into an eight-floor residential block and a ten-floor tower with serviced apartments. With its high-quality clinker cladding, Oskar Residence echoes the urban architecture of earlier days. As part of the regeneration measures in this location, the public spaces on Flösserbrücke are to be redesigned and access to the banks of the Main improved.
