Duplex Paris 7 | BR Design Intérieur

BR Design Interieur have re-structured and designed this 1970s penthouse apartment in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Their subtle and cosy design favours natural materials such as brass, marble, zellij and granite, paired with work by a selection of iconic designers (Gubi, India Mahdavi, Sarah Lavoine). A bucolic atmosphere reigns throughout, thanks to the beautiful garden terrace that runs alongside the living and dinning rooms (BR Design collaborated with landscape gardeners, Urban Green for the design of the terrace). Douglas pin cladding has been employed to modernise the exterior facade, giving it a graphic and contemporary feel.

Perché au dernier étage d’un immeuble du 7ème arrondissement de Paris, ce duplex de 90m2 très seventies a été entièrement rénové et restructuré par BR Design Intérieur pour accueillir un jeune couple. La décoration intérieure sobre et chaleureuse a privilégié les beaux matériaux ( laiton, marbre, zelliges, granit) et quelques créateurs iconiques ( Gubi, India Mahdavi, Sarah Lavoine) La nature est omniprésente avec les larges balcons devant chaque fenêtre et la spacieuse terrasse qui prolonge la grande pièce à vivre avec sa vue imprenable sur la Tour Eiffel. Tous les espaces extérieurs ont été paysagés sous la houlette de l’agence avec l’expertise de Urban Green. La véranda qui abrite la salle à manger a été entièrement rénovée et rhabillée d’un bardage très contemporain de tasseaux de pin douglas .
